A development project to renovate and extend a Victorian terraced house in East Dulwich, London.

Our own development project to fully renovate and extend a neglected Victorian terraced house.

The project is situated in the charming neighbourhood of East Dulwich in London.

Our intention was to fully renovate the house while keeping the historical charm and Victorian decorative elements. Due to the neglected state of the house, the existing fabric was stripped back and given a complete upgrade. Brand new roof, brand new floor joists, full insulation throughout, new double glazing, underfloor heating were all part of the extensive works, ensuring not just its historic charm but also modern comforts and energy efficiency.

The new L-shaped loft provided two extra bedrooms and an en-suite, while the new rear and side extension turned the kitchen / dining area into a spacious open space family room connected to the rear garden. The house provided a front living room, rear kitchen / dining with a separate utility room & WC, 5 double bedrooms, a family bathroom, an en-suite.
